Drama?

I've been trying to identify the genre I want to go for. With some research I came to the realization that the genre is drama. Overall it's will be a drama, but because the cognitive aspect of it, I have to incorporate the scientific factor of synesthesia and maybe a fictional or thriller aspect to it to make it more compelling to the audience. The examples of movies similar in this realm of drama that is based on psychological factors are Rain Man, Good Will Hunting, The Bourne Identity, and Beautiful Mind .
